" From farm to fork "
For 4 guests :
- 1 pack of "Petits Beurres" biscuits.
- 200 grams of dark chocolate.
- 125 grams of powder sugar.
- 125 grams of butter.
- 3 jaunes d’œuf
Crumble the biscuits, but keep a few crumbs. Mix the egg yolks and sugar. Have the chocolate melted in double boiler. Add the melted butter, and then the egg and sugar mixture. Add the biscuits and mix well to obtain a compact paste. Roll the dough in aluminum foil, and cool itl for 3 hours in the fridge. Remove aluminum, and then cut into slices.
For the finish after coolingn sprinkle a thin layer of icing sugar.
