Know your product

Salmon is born in fresh water and moves progressively to the sea. Then after sometime, it will return to its birth water to reproduce. Wild salmon is becoming more and more rare. It is mainly fished in the Pacific Ocean (Oncorhynchus), and much less in the Atlantic (Salmo). Its flesh is rich in omega-3, vitamin B and protein.
Wild Salmon is fat, soft and nicely pink. It’s much finer than farmed Salmon: it’s a luxurious dish all palates will know how to appreciate.

Our Wild Salmon is fished in the Baltic Sea and the Pacific Ocean.

How to buy

The color of Salmon is not a sign of its freshness, contrary to its uniformity. Avoid brown spots or dry and/or yellow edges.

how to keep

Keep your Salmon in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Tips

During the cooking process, if you notice that Salmon becomes dry, coat it with melted butter for a few minutes, and cook it over a low heat.
