Bell Pepper

Know your product

Red, yellow, green or orange, Bell Pepper is definitely one of the most colorful vegetables. It was cultivated first in Mexico a few centuries ago. Very rich in vitamin C and fat-free, they are eaten raw in salads or cooked in dishes such as the very popular French ratatouille.

We supply red, yellow, orange, green, white, or black peppers, long or mixed, and from various origins.

How to buy

Choose firm and crunchy peppers with a shiny smooth skin that look fresh and have a regular shape.

how to keep

Keep your peppers covered in the fridge. They will be good for a week.

Tips

To peel peppers, you have to wash, cut them in two and put them in a warm oven. Once the skin is darkened, cool the peppers. The skin will then come off very easily.
