Mussels are appreciated in Europe, and are the typical dish of some regions, especially in French Brittany.
Mussels’ flesh is orange, with sides that are slightly indented and black. It’s tender, delicate and delicious.

Mussels are rich in vitamins A and B12, phosphorous, iron and zinc.
