Salmo trutta or Trout is of the same genus as Atlantic Salmon (Salmo). They originally come from North America. Their flesh is white or ivory according to the species; pink or red for Rainbow and Salmon Trouts. Medium in fat content, its flavor is delicate and tasty, similar to Salmon. It is rich in omega-3, vitamin B12, and high quality proteins.

Our range includes Fresh Water Trout, Sea Trout, as well as Rainbow or Salmon Trout. We also supply pinched Trouts, which are individually angled. They have a label pinched on their gills to guarantee their superior quality and an even more subtle taste.
