Tomato has become a basic foodstuff in several countries; in Greece a person eats an average of 1.5 kg per week. Its use is very diverse: Tomatoes are eaten in salad or as crudités, cooked or boiled, in sauces or even in gazpacho. The Tomato is made of 95 % of water and very rich in vitamins. The fruit is very pulpy and juicy.

Our Tomatoes are available in many different varieties and styles: Cherry Tomatoes, Cocktail Tomatoes, in a cluster, in bulk, mixed… With numerous colors and various origins, our range is wide and complete. Discover also the Pulpa Tomato, our new variety created especially for restaurateurs.

How to buy

Choose Tomatoes with a smooth skin, well shaped, firm and heavy. The color must be uniform.

how to keep

Keep Tomatoes uncovered at room temperature in a dark place for up to 1 week. Put them in the fridge only when they are very ripe. To ripen them, keep them in a paper bag at room temperature.

Tips

Cut your Tomatoes vertically and they will keep their shape and juice.
