Palinurus is called Spiny Lobster, Langouste or Rock Lobster. It’s very close to the Lobster but has no claws, rather very long antennas. It mainly comes from the Northeast Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.
Its flesh is fine and contains a lot of protein and vitamins. Its flesh is white, firm and delicious, and close to the Lobster in taste.

Choose living Spiny Lobsters that move when you take them by their tail.

how to keep

We advise you not to freeze Spiny Lobsters, even when cooked as their flesh will harden. Keep them warm and cook them quickly after shipment.
