how to keep

Keep dry Soya seeds in a cool and dry place for up to 1 year. When its fresh, you can dip it in boiling water for 5 mins, then store it in very cold water. Dry it and you can freeze it in its pods.

Tips

To keep all its flavors, don’t overcook Soya. Add it in at the end of cooking.
