Know your product

Istiophorus is commonly called Sailfish. Its color is dark blue on the top of its body, blue brown on its sides, and white silver on its stomach. It measures 2 meters long and weighs up to 30 kg. It’s the fastest fish that exists, with a top speed of 100 km per hour.
Its white flesh is firm, and medium fat, with fine and delicate flavors, similar to Tuna. It’s rich in vitamins A, B3, B6 and B12, potassium and phosphorous.
