Pumpkin comes from South America, and its weight is extremely variable, ranging from 1 to over 200 kg. The color of the vegetable also varies between white, yellow, orange, red and even green.

How to buy

Choose well ripe and heavy pumpkins, with a regular color and in good condition. Avoid hollows or bruises.

how to keep

Keep your pumpkin at room temperature for up to a week. Do not keep it in the fridge, unless it is already cut.

Tips

To easily peel your pumpkin, dip it into boiling water for 20 mins.
