Artichoke comes from North Africa. Its name comes from Arabic “Ardi Chawke,” which means “earth spine”. It is very rich in fiber, in folic acid and in vitamin K. It also contains vitamin C and iron. It has a delicate and delightful flavor, with a slightly bitter taste.

Our Artichokes are selected for their freshness. We supply several varieties of Artichokes: White, Green, Yellow, Spinoso, Patisson, Poivrade, as a bouquet, a heart, even organic.

How to buy

Choose compact, fleshy, and heavy Artichokes, with a regular color. Its ends must be dark.

how to keep

Keep Artichokes covered in the fridge for up to week. You can also put them in a vase filled with water. In this way, they will keep for longer.

Tips

At the end of a pleasant meal, you can serve Artichoke as an original herbal tea: infuse 15 Artichoke leaves for 10 mins in hot water.
