Saucisson is also known as Summer Sausage. It’s a traditional recipe made with minced meat and spices. The mixture is inserted into casings that give it its typical elongated shape. It is then usually dried or smoked for several weeks.

We supply a wide range of Saucissons, all with a unique and pleasant taste:

- Rosette, a French specialty from the city of Lyon, made with finest parts of the pork; our Rosette is plain or flavored with pepper
- Salami from Italy or Denmark, made from beef or turkey; Oriental style or with pepper, as well as Halal salami
- Chorizo from pork, turkey or veal; spicy, plain, Iberian style, as well as Halal chorizo
- Saucisson: Poultry, veal, beef, chicken, duck, donkey, wild boar, bull, turkey and Halal; flavored with hazelnut, pepper, goat cheese, garlic, Roquefort, chili pepper, mushrooms, olives, nuts, figs, wine…
- Brioche Saucisson, plain or flavored with pistachios
- Dry sausage.

How to buy

Saucisson has to be firm, look dry and release a subtle and pleasant smell.

how to keep

Hang up Saucisson in a cool and dry place.

Tips

To easily remove the skin of the Saucisson, place it in a cloth soaked in warm water for an hour.
