Reblochon comes from Savoie, France. Made from mountain cow's milk, it’s a firm cheese and its rind is yellow-orange and covered with a thin white layer. It releases delicate and subtle flavors, with a slightly nutty aroma. It is traditionally used for Tartiflette, a very popular meal made with bacon, onions, potatoes, and melted Reblochon.

Make sure Reblochon has a bright color and a pleasant smell.

Keep Reblochon in the fridge until the use-by date. Once open, use it within a few days.

Tips
