Cockerel

Know your product

Legend has it that when Julius Caesar was besieging a Gaul chief, the latter sent to the emperor a rooster, the symbol of courage. Ironically, Julius Caesar invited him to a feast during which he served the cock cooked in wine. This method of preparation is still very popular today, as is the cock in beer. Indeed, it requires a long time cooking for a tender flesh.

We supply a wide range of top quality Cockerel meat, with our rooster wings prepared and seasoned:
- Smoked with barbecue sauce
- Three peppers
- Mexican sauce
- Chinese sauce
- Indian sauce
- Plain
- Tapas sauce
- Cheese.
