Brie

Know your product

Brie is a cow's milk cheese, with a crust covered of penicillium giving it a white fluffiness. It is exclusively produced in the French region of Brie. The cheese is yellow golden, smooth and soft, close to that of the Camembert without being runny. Its taste is sweet and strong; very pleasant and with a long finish.

We have a wide range of Brie cheese:
- Common Brie
- Brie with truffle
- Goat Brie
- Brie de Meaux, with a slight hazelnut taste
- Brie de Melun
- Brie de Nangis, with a very strong taste.
