Acanthocybium solandri is also called Wahoo, Peto in the Caribbean and Central America, and Ono in Hawaii. It’s really close to the Mackerel. It can measure up to a meter long; it has a long and thin tail, sharp teeth, and an elongated silver body that is slightly blue. Its flesh is white, tender and delicious.
