Red Seabream, or Blackspot Seabream’s scientific name is Pagellus bogaraveo. It has a body that is slightly flat laterally. Its dorsal fin consists of thorns. Its coat is silvery with very strong pink-red reflections. Its lean flesh is white and fine, soft and juicy, and releases a pleasantly soft flavor.
Our Blackspot Seabream come from Mauritania, where their quality is guaranteed; their flesh is soft, tender and delicious.
