Raclette is a cheese made from cow's milk that comes from Switzerland. The cheese gave its name to the famous dish of cheese melted over a flame, served on potatoes and charcuterie, and with salad. More and more, this dish is entering the culinary traditions of some countries, especially in Switzerland.

We supply whole Raclette, in parts or as sliced.

How to buy

Whole Raclette often has a much better taste, but the sliced variety is much more useful and quick to use.

how to keep

Keep Raclette in the fridge until the use-by date. Once open, use it within a few days.

Tips

You can offer a Raclette pack: with a charcuterie assortment, some traditional Raclette cheese, and the rental of a Raclette machine.
