An excellent source of protein, Eggs have been very popular for centuries. The tradition of Easter Eggs goes back to the Middle Ages, when Eggs were forbidden during Lent, 40 days before the celebration. To celebrate their return to the table, they were decorated before being eaten.

We offer a selection of Eggs from suppliers who observe strict specifications:

How to buy

Make sure your Eggs are fresh by placing them in a bowl of water. If they float, it means that too much air has got inside, and that the Egg is old.

how to keep

Keep your Eggs in the fridge until the use-by date.

Tips

To easily separate the whites from the yolks, use a funnel. The white sinks while the yolk remains.
