Cooking Cream is a mixture of milk or cream and egg yolk. It’s essential for coating a pie crust, stuffing a pastry, or garnishing a dessert. Cream is THE ingredient to have in a true kitchen.

We have selected a set of creams to use in baking to give you complete satisfaction:

How to buy

Make sure the use-by date exceeds by at least a few days.

how to keep

Keep cream in the fridge for up to 30 days. After opening use it within 2 days at the most.

Tips

To heat cream, slightly warm it in a water bath, in small quantities at a time. Then, it will not turn.
