You can keep a whole coconut in the fridge for 2 months. Once opened, you can cover it and keep it in a cool place for up to 7 days.

You can offer half of a coconut to customers for an exotic and surprising effect. You can also scratch the inside of the fruit to cook many sweet or salty dishes.
