In some countries, cheese is a dish on its own, served between the main course and dessert, usually accompanied by red wine. Traditionally, guests are offered a range of at least 3 different cheeses, served fresh with old-style bread.

To respect this tradition, we have selected a range of cheese platters ready to be served, for optimal convenience and speed. Our trays contain an assortment of 5, 6, 8, 10 or 15 cheeses, mostly French and Italian.

How to buy

Your cheeses must have a bright color, and must release a sweet smell of soil.

how to keep

Keep your cheeses in the fridge until the use-by date. Once open, use them within a few days.

Tips

To best preserve your cheeses together, place inside the storage container or packaging a sprig of thyme to absorb odors.
