Blackcurrant

Know your product

Blackcurrants grow in clusters and prefer the shade. They are often eaten in jelly, jam, or sorbets.
Blackcurrants are rich in vitamin C, iron, sodium and fat. They contain 80 % of water. Blackcurrants have a slightly acid and spicy taste.

The blackcurrant clusters that we supply are selected for their quality, freshness, and maturity to ensure optimal transportation. Blackcurrants are very fragile, so we protect them during shipment to ensure they remain in good condition right up until the time of delivery.

How to buy

how to keep

Put your unwashed fruit on paper towels and store in a bowl. This prevents the blackcurrants from moisture and to retain all their good properties. Keep them in the fridge for up to 10 days. You can also freeze them and keep them for a year.
