When you select hardy kiwis, they have to be firm, ripe, and unblemished.

how to keep

Keep the ripest fruit in the fridge, covered in fabric for up to 2 weeks. To ripen, leave them at room temperature away from sunlight.

Tips

You can serve hardy kiwis with the skin to give an impression of authenticity, or without the skin in fruit salads.
