Tomme is a hard mountain cheese, white or yellow with a thick crust. According to its varieties, the cheese releases pleasant to strong flavors, aromas of hazelnuts. It melts in the mouth and has a long finish.

how to keep

Keep Tomme in the fridge until the use-by date. Once open, use it within a few days.
