Carrots and Orange Salad
Ingredients
For 4 guests:
- 500g of grated carrots
- 2 oranges pelées
- 1 dessert spoon of orange blossom water
- 1 dessert spoon of honey
- one pinch of salt
- one pinch of pepper

Cut one orange into thin slices, and press the other one. Mix all ingredients except carrots and orange slices.
