Zucchini or Courgette is a variety of squash picked very young. It looks a lot like cucumber. The skin is smooth and fine, the flesh full of water, firm and calorie free. It contains vitamins C, B6 and folic acid.
There are mainly two edible varieties of Zucchini: the green one, the most popular, and yellow, which is softer. Our range includes even baby Zucchinis, appreciated in buffets or in assortments of vegetables.

How to buy

Choose Zucchinis with a smooth skin and a clear color. The smaller ones have fewer seeds and are softer.

Tips

If you want to cook Zucchinis in the frying pan, coat them slightly with flour, it will give them an irresistible crunchiness.
