Trispoterus luscus or Pout lives in the Northeast Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. It measures 35 cm long on average, and looks a lot like Whiting or Haddock. It’s rich in protein, minerals, and vitamins A and B. Its flesh is fine and releases pleasant flavors.

Choose fresh looking Pouts, with prominent bright eyes, smooth and shiny scales.

Pout can be kept only for a few hours. Therefore, use it soon after shipment.

Tips
