Only produced in Southeast Asia, this large array can weigh up to 5 Kg. Its smell is so strong that the durian is banned in public places and public transport in some countries. How to buy

Choose a durian which the envelope begins to open, a sign of maturity. You can feel the strong smell that emanates, approaching that of garlic. If odor is putrid, the fruit is not good.

The durian is preserved in a cool little ventilation to best preserve its aroma. Keep up to 5 days.

Tips
