Cucumber already grew 3,000 years ago below the Himalayas. It was a basic foodstuff of the ancient Greeks and Romans. Cucumber is most commonly known for being refreshing and juicy, soft and crunchy. Its skin has an excellent taste and makes it even crunchier. Cucumber can be eaten raw in salad, or cooked in slices or sticks. It is very rich in vitamin K, sodium, and is fat-free.

We also supply baby Cucumbers, highly suitable for buffets or banquets.

How to buy

Choose firm and shiny Cucumbers that are well shaped. Avoid soft or yellowish Cucumbers.

how to keep

Keep Cucumbers in the fridge for a week.

Tips

To have drain out the water from Cucumber, while keeping its crunchiness and taste, just add some salt while cooking.
